ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

Major Duties (Job Description)

  • You will support functions and projects entailing the full scope of activities dealing with managing, reviewing, analyzing, validating, and reporting data using multiple automated tools and relational databases.
  • You will coordinate with other Business System subject matter specialists in the design, development and implementation of systems; provide management and technical support and expertise in the use of various Business Systems.
  • You will use specific Microsoft Power Platform components to support the Department’s diverse needs, such as creating employee onboarding tools, automated approval process, customer portals, and advanced data reporting.
  • You will create an automated workflow that completes the entire process, from submitting the request to archiving it, without any user intervention; the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and instruct on the use of organizational content.
  • You will provide general technical support of hardware to maintain connectivity.

Qualification Summary

NO-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Provide support and management in reviewing and validating contract/procurement data using multiple automated tools such as Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI). NO-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or NO-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
